The facility is affiliated with a 222-bed, Joint Commission-accredited hospital recognized for superior quality and safety. California offers a range of experiences suited to varied interests, from coastal activities such as surfing, paddle boarding, and whale watching to natural landmarks including Yosemite, Giant Sequoias, and Redwood National Park. The state is home to notable attractions such as Hollywood, the San Diego Zoo, Legoland, and Alcatraz Island, accessible via bay cruise from San Francisco. Clinicians on assignment may also explore desert landscapes, mountain terrain, and scenic coastal road trips throughout the region.

Clinicians will provide hematology and oncology clinic coverage on-site in California, Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, managing 13-18 patients per day. The clinical scope encompasses hematologic and oncologic conditions within a structured outpatient clinic setting, with treatment delivery supported by a co-located infusion center. Clinicians will collaborate with nurse navigators, social workers, and pharmacy staff to ensure coordinated patient care from diagnosis through survivorship. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
