Responsibilities
Provide outpatient and inpatient care to hematology and medical oncology patients.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Participate in clinical research initiatives, including enrollment in cutting-edge clinical trials.
Educate patients on treatment options, prognosis, and supportive care strategies.
Engage in quality improvement activities and uphold clinical standards.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with institutional and regulatory policies.
Contribute to community outreach and patient support programs.
Potentially assume leadership roles as the practice expands.
Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Hematology and Oncology (BE/BC).
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in hematology and medical oncology.
Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced outpatient and inpatient setting.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with clinical research and participation in multi-center trials is a plus.
Willingness to assist in community health initiatives.
Candidates with previous experience working in regional or community oncology settings preferred.
