Medical Director role with 80% clinical and 20% administrative responsibilities
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule with 1:5 call rotation
Hospital-employed position with comprehensive compensation and benefits
Minimum of 5 years of Hematology and Oncology clinical experience required
Prior leadership experience required for this dyad partnership role
On-site Radiation Oncology, Gynecologic Oncology, and Breast Surgery services
Academic affiliation with an Internal Medicine and General Surgery residency program
Located in Florida with no state income tax and year-round coastal lifestyle
