- Coverage begins in August and continues indefinitely
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM / No on-call duties
- Flexible options for a hybrid model of onsite and telehealth
- Patient volume: 15-18 patients per day
- Must possess a valid license in either Indiana or Kentucky and IMLC
- Board Certified required
