What You’ll Do:

• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology patient care including assessment and management
• Collaborate with hematologist/oncologists, infusion teams, and support staff using Epic EMR
• Manage patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies
• Support care coordination, patient education, and supportive therapies
• Support multidisciplinary care with inpatient collaboration when needed
• Document evaluations and treatment plans adhering to clinical standards
• Support clinical procedures related to outpatient hematology/oncology services

What You Need:

• Minnesota RN license or applicable APRN certification
• Board Certification as NP or Physician Assistant
• 2+ years of clinical experience in hematology/oncology preferred
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and patient management skills
