What You’ll Do

• Provide inpatient care for adult patients undergoing bone marrow transplants and cellular therapies
• Conduct admissions, daily rounds, and discharge planning
• Perform procedures such as bone marrow biopsies and stem cell infusions/transfusions
• Manage and educate patients and families about treatment plans and therapies
• Monitor and manage transplant-related complications like GVHD, CRS, and ICANS
• Collaborate with attending physicians and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

What You Need

• Valid Missouri RN license and board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• 1.5-2 years of related inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant experience
• Strong clinical skills in hematology, oncology, and cellular therapy procedures
• Ability to work night shifts and handle high-acuity patient care
