Experience: 1.5-2 years inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and Hematology/Cellular Therapy experience

What Youll Do
Provide inpatient care for adult patients undergoing bone marrow transplants and cellular therapies
Conduct admissions, daily rounds, and discharge planning
Perform procedures such as bone marrow biopsies and stem cell infusions/transfusions
Manage and educate patients and families about treatment plans and therapies
Monitor and manage transplant-related complications like GVHD, CRS, and ICANS
Collaborate with attending physicians and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
What You Need
Valid Missouri RN license and board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
BLS required; ACLS preferred
1.5-2 years of related inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant experience
Strong clinical skills in hematology, oncology, and cellular therapy procedures
Ability to work night shifts and handle high-acuity patient care
