Are you a dedicated Hematology/Oncology specialist seeking an exciting opportunity to advance your career in a dynamic outpatient setting? We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hematology/Oncology Physician to provide top-tier care at our state-of-the-art facilities, supporting adult patients with complex needs. This is your chance to work in a collaborative environment with a passionate team committed to excellence in cancer treatment and patient support, starting on July 20, 2026.

Required Skills:

  • Board Certification in Hematology or Oncology (or pending exam)
  • Valid Virginia Medical License
  • DEA Certification and BLS Certification
  • Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with EPIC Beacon EMR system
  • Familiarity with infusion procedures and outpatient oncology protocols
  • Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency
  • Knowledge of palliative care and supportive services

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
  • Residency or fellowship training in Hematology/Oncology
  • Prior outpatient oncology practice experience preferred

Other Requirements:
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean background with no pending or settled Medical Malpractice cases
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment, supporting 12-15 patients daily aged 18+
  • Availability to work Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with additional Friday clinics every third week and call duties every third week
  • Participation in credentialing process (estimated 60-90 days) and compliance with all licensing, DEA, and certification requirements
  • Willingness to provide care at our Virginia locations, with travel expenses billable accordingly
