The new physician will join two other Hematology/Oncology Physicians and three Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). The APPs handle infusion services and attend to acute and symptomatic patients under the direct supervision of the physician team. A large and diverse support staff, including APPs, RNs, dietary personnel, navigators, schedulers, and a pre-certification and financial team, is available. The practice features a full-service infusion room and operates as a typical outpatient oncology facility. Pharmacy services are managed by a hospital-based team, which includes an oncology-boarded pharmacist. There is also access to specialists in Radiation Oncology, Surgery, Pulmonology, Gastroenterology, Urology, OB/GYN, Pathology, and Radiology (including Interventional Radiology). Furthermore, a robust primary care group is present, with Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents training at our facility.
