Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans for hematologic and oncologic conditions, and coordinating care with hospital-based support staff. Board certification in Hematology/Oncology and active Oregon license are mandatory requirements for this clinic-only assignment.
