Position Highlights:
$500K base + significant bonus upside (Year 2 potential $750K–$800K+)
Outpatient-focused practice with minimal inpatient responsibilities
8 AM – 4 PM schedule
20–25 patients per day
New cancer center with infusion + radiation oncology onsite
Profit-sharing and partnership potential
Clinical Responsibilities:
General hematology/oncology care
Chemotherapy and infusion management
Bone marrow biopsies
Occasional inpatient consults (no call requirement)
