Qualifications
Open to candidates completing a fellowship or a practicing Hematology Oncology physician
Board certification or board eligibility in Hematology and Oncology
Current (or eligible), unrestricted Florida medical license (M.D. or D.O.)
Active state and federal controlled substance registrations
