What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient Hematology/Oncology care to adult patients (18+) in a community practice setting
• Support the new practice opening in September 2026, collaborating with staff including nurses, front office, and support personnel
• Participate in patient consultations and treatment planning for a growing caseload
• Cover inpatient consults at the hospital as needed, within the clinic’s hospital-based setting
• Engage in patient education, documentation, and EMR use via EPIC system
• Participate in weekday call responsibilities (1:2 weeknights and weekends) on a 60/40 basis
• Follow all regulation and compliance standards

What You Need

• Board certification or eligibility in Oncology/Hematology
• PA license or IMLC license with ability to present
• DEA license
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in oncology or hematology preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
