What Youll Do:
- Manage outpatient hematology/oncology patient care for adult patients
- Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up appointments
- Support department focuses on GI, GU, Breast, and Lung Oncology
- Collaborate with a supportive team including administrative assistants, nursing staff, RNs, and APPs (APRN/PA-C)
- May assume inpatient work with night and weekend call coverage, if desired
- Document patient encounters effectively using EPIC EMR
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered oncology care in a busy outpatient setting
What You Need:
- Current Kentucky medical license or IMLC (or eligible to license)
- Board certification or eligibility in Hematology/Oncology (BE or BC)
- KY DEA registration
- Outpatient oncology experience (new grads welcomed)
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Epic EMR experience preferred
