Split role: approximately 50% direct patient care and 50% administrative and leadership duties
Care delivered primarily via telemedicine, with some in-home patient visits
Value-based care model focused on supportive oncology between traditional oncologist visits
Lead and supervise a team of Nurse Practitioners as the clinical Medical Director
Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm schedule; full-time or part-time options available
Minimum commitment of approximately 3 days per week
Board-certified with experience in palliative care or clinical leadership preferred
Active Michigan license preferred; DEA required
