About the Role

The Oncology Institute of Hope & Innovation (TOI) is seeking a Hematology & Oncology Physician to join our growing practice in Las Vegas, NV. This is an opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered cancer care in a community-based setting with strong clinical support, predictable income, and leadership growth potential.

Practice & Clinical Support Model

• Established referral networks and growing patient demand
• Collaborative, team-based environment with strong operational and clinical support
• On-site infusion services
• Dedicated APP, Nursing, and Medical Assistant support
• Multidisciplinary care teams and tumor board collaboration
• Technology-enabled workflows to support efficient, high-quality care

Compensation & Incentives

• Guaranteed base salary $650k+ (based on experience) + wRVU upsideno shift to production-only compensation
• $100K signing bonus
