Hematology/Oncology Physician - Outpatient Focus

Location: Georgia

Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 8am-5pm | No Nights | No Weekends

Compensation: $500,000-$600,000 + Bonuses

About the Practice

• Beautifully renovated facility with onsite infusion center

• Established referral base with a 3-4 week waitlist for new patients

• Focused on access, efficiency, and high-quality patient care

• Expansion plans underway, with potential additional clinic locations

The incoming physician will work 4 days per week locally, helping meet growing demand while building their own patient panel.

The Role

• Outpatient Hematology/Oncology

• See approximately 15-20 patients per day to start

• Majority hematology cases with room to grow oncology services

• Monday-Thursday schedule (8am-5pm)

• No nights, no weekends, and no phone calls required upon starting

• Optional future hospital rotations (with compensation increase)

This role is ideal for someone who values quality over volume and wants to build lasting relationships within the community.

Who They’re Looking For

• Board-certified/eligible Hematology/Oncology physician

• Comfortable practicing independently

• Strong communicator with drive and long-term vision

• Interested in growing with the practice and becoming part of the local community

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $500,000-$600,000 (depending on schedule)
