• Licenses: KY State License (Highly Preferred; IMLC eligible)<\/span>

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Experience: Hematology/Oncology Fellowship required; Outpatient/Inpatient Hem/Onc experience required<\/span>

• Other Qualifications: COVID Vaccination required; Self -Query NPDB report (within 30 days) required<\/span>

Duties & Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care in clinic setting (95% of duties)<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Conduct hospital rounds and inpatient consultations (5% of duties)<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Manage daily patient panel of 18 -22 patients including 2 -3 new consults<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Share night call coverage of 3 -6 shifts per month (5p -7a)<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Perform intrathecal and intracavitary chemotherapy procedures as needed<\/span><\/span>
<\/div><\/span>
