What Youll Do
- Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care in a busy clinical setting
- Manage 18-20 patient consultations per day, including new and follow-up visits
- Administer treatments such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormone therapy
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Nurse Practitioners, LPNs, and CNAs
- Document patient encounters using Epic EMR (AI-enabled charting available)
- Participate in growth-phase program, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
- Cover occasional inpatient consults as needed
- Maintain professional attire and adhere to facility policies
What You Need
Required:
- NY Medical License in Hand
- 5+ years of relevant clinical experience
- Board Eligible or Certified in Hematology/Oncology
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Ability to work full-time weekdays (Monday-Friday)
Preferred:
- Experience in outpatient oncology practices
- Comfort with managing complex treatment protocols
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
