What You'll Do:
- Provide expert outpatient hematology and oncology care supported by a dedicated APP team and collaborating physicians.
- Manage an average of 15 low-volume patients per day, working primarily solo within a dynamic 60/40 Hem/Onc department.
- Deliver personalized treatment plans utilizing Meditech EMR in a flexible schedule of 3-5 days per week, Monday through Friday.
- Collaborate closely with staff and physicians to ensure seamless patient care and uphold the highest standards of clinical practice.
Required Skills:
- Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology
- Recent patient-facing clinical experience in hematology and oncology
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in outpatient clinic settings
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR system
- Additional certifications or training in related specialties
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of post-residency or fellow experience in hematology and oncology
- Active medical license in the state of practice; board certification required
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to start by 04/27/2026
- Ability to work 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Flexibility to work 3-5 days per week
- Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care
- Eligible for licensure, credentialing, and travel reimbursements as applicable
Compensation for this role is highly competitive, with an hourly rate of $479.70, along with comprehensive benefits including weekly direct deposit, paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements when applicable, and more.
