Required Skills:
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Hematology, or Medical Oncology
- Recent patient-facing clinical experience in hematology and oncology
- Proficiency with EMR systems, preferably Meditech
- Strong collaboration skills with APPs, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage a mix of new and follow-up patients with efficiency and compassion
- Comfortable overseeing infusion procedures within standard supervision models
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience sitting on tumor boards or participating in multidisciplinary case discussions
- Prior involvement in outpatient oncology settings
- Ability to work independently and adapt to varying shifts and schedules
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Hematology, or Oncology
- Minimum of 2-3 years of recent outpatient hematology/oncology practice experience
- Familiarity with high-volume outpatient clinics and low to moderate acuity patient care
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work 3 days per week, with options for alternating shifts or 2-week on/off schedules
- Availability to start as soon as possible or in November 2026
- Must hold or be able to obtain all relevant licensure and certifications
- Willingness to sit on tumor boards and participate in weekly meetings
- Travel expenses, licensure, certification, and other reimbursements provided as applicable
