Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $507.00
• Benefits: Competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements where applicable, and a robust referral bonus program. OT pay at 1.5x after scheduled hours, holiday pay at 1.5x on specified holidays.

What You’ll Do

• Follow up with hematology patients and evaluate new benign hematology cases
• Write prescriptions, order labs, and communicate effectively with pharmacy teams
• Support inpatient and outpatient care, working alongside nurses, pharmacists, and other medical professionals
• Provide general hematology and oncology care in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment
• Assist with patient management and documentation within EPIC EMR system
• Participate in a collaborative team supporting clinical excellence

What You Need

• Valid North Carolina State Medical License
• Board Certification in Hematology and/or Oncology (preferred double boarded)
• DEA license
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant clinical experience
• Comfortable working in a general, benign hematology-focused practice
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
