• Hourly Rate: $507.00/hour

What You’ll Do

• Manage an average of 15+ hematology patients daily, primarily benign hematology.
• Follow up with patients in an ambulatory Hem/Onc clinic, seeing new and returning patients.
• Write orders, prescriptions, and coordinate care with pharmacy and support staff.
• Focus on hematology, with minor fluctuations in subspecialty focus month-to-month.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, APPs, infusion specialists, and administrative support.
• Utilize EPIC EMR system, completing assessment prior to start.
• Support a "general oncology" role, providing comprehensive hematology and benign oncology care.

What You Need

• Valid NC State Medical License & DEA registration
• Board Certification in Hematology and/or Oncology (single-boarded acceptable; double-boarded preferred)
• 2-3 years minimum clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology
• BLS certification
• Comfort working in a general hematology/oncology setting
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and patients
