Join a long-established and respected hematology/oncology practice at Pacific Central Coast Health Centers (PHC), a distinguished service of Dignity Health. We are actively seeking a dedicated Hematologist/Oncologist to join our collaborative team on Californias stunning Central Coast.

This exceptional opportunity offers a busy, well-supported clinical setting with strong referral volume and the chance to build a thriving practice while enjoying the coastal lifestyle of San Luis Obispo. Serve a diverse patient population spanning from north of Paso Robles to Pismo Beach within a robust, established ambulatory clinic system.

  • Established Patient Base: Step into a busy clinic with ample monthly referrals and rapid ramp-up potential.
  • Clinical Resources: Practice in a clinic attached to a 20-chair infusion center, supported by three mid-levels and a Stanford-trained NP.
  • Balanced Schedule: Predictable Monday-Friday clinic hours with every-other-week tumor boards.
  • Manageable Call: 1:4 weekend call limited to your own patients; hospitalist coverage minimizes after-hours demands.
  • Research: Opportunity to participate in robust clinical trials as desired.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Generous base salary $525k + productivity and quality incentives

Job Requirements
  • MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Hematology and Oncology (ABMS or AOA)
  • Committed to providing both hematology and oncology care
  • Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA certification
