• License/Certs: Valid RN license, BLS, Chemotherapy Certification (required); ACLS preferred
• Experience: Minimum 1 year inpatient hematology/oncology experience, chemotherapy certified

What You’ll Do:

• Provide specialized nursing care to oncology and hematology patients, including those undergoing complex treatments like stem cell transplants and CAR-T therapy
• Administer chemotherapy and other high-risk medications following strict protocols
• Monitor patient vital signs and manage telemetry, including dysrhythmia interpretation
• Care for central lines, PICC lines, and feeding tubes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on patient care plans
• Educate patients and families about treatments, medications, and safety precautions
• Document all nursing interventions accurately using Epic electronic charting system

What You Need:

• Valid Ohio RN license
• 1+ years inpatient hematology/oncology experience
• Chemotherapy certification (required)
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Proficiency in Epic and telemetry monitoring
• Strong skills in IV therapy, blood product administration, central line management, and patient education
