Global Service Resources is seeking a skilled Hemodialysis Technician to support one of our major healthcare clients, Harbor?UCLA Medical Center. This role provides hands?on support to the dialysis team and ensures safe, high?quality patient care in a fast?paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Location: Harbor?UCLA Medical Center Torrance, CA
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $26-$28/hr (W?2, hourly; overtime paid per California law)
- Prepare, operate, and monitor dialysis equipment according to facility protocols
- Perform pre?treatment and post?treatment patient assessments
- Accurately document treatment data in real time
- Maintain equipment cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Assist RNs and clinical staff with patient care tasks
- Follow all infection?control, safety, and quality?assurance procedures
Minimum Requirements- Current Hemodialysis Technician Certification (CHT, CCHT, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 1 year of Hemodialysis Tech experience within the last 3 years
- Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with patient mobility
Employment Classification & California Compliance
This is a W?2, non?exempt position employed by Global Service Resources, Inc.
- Overtime paid at 1.5x or 2x per CA labor law
- Meal and rest breaks provided per CA requirements

- Accurate timekeeping required for all hours worked
