About the Role
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop health economic models and budget impact analyses.Support cost-effectiveness evaluations and evidence-based decision-making.Conduct literature reviews and evidence synthesis activities.Analyze epidemiology, healthcare utilization, and real-world evidence data.Contribute to value dossiers, reimbursement submissions, and HTA materials.Support evidence generation plans aligned with market access strategies.Translate clinical and economic evidence into actionable business insights.Monitor healthcare policies, payer requirements, and HTA developments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams across access, medical, and commercial functions.Essential RequirementsBachelor''s degree in Health Sciences, Economics, Public Health, Pharmacy, or a related field.Knowledge of Health Technology Assessment and reimbursement frameworks.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex health and economic data.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to communicate scientific and economic evidence clearly and effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.Passion for improving patient access through evidence-based healthcare decisions.Desirable RequirementsExperience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, consulting, or healthcare industry.Understanding of market access strategies and payer evidence requirements.Why Novartis: Our purpose is to reimagine medicine to improve and extend people's lives and our vision is to become the most valued and trusted medicines company in the world.
