About the Position

The Training Supervisor leads a team of Trainers and a Training Coordinator who bring the learning experience to life at the Hub Financial Center (HFC) as part of the Training Team. This role focuses on supporting and developing the team as they deliver engaging, high-quality technical and soft skills training that helps team members feel confident and prepared in their roles.

Working closely with other training leaders, the Training Supervisor helps shape programs, guide facilitation strategies, and foster a positive, learner-focused environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone whos passionate about people, development, and creating meaningful learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of Trainers, a Senior Trainer, and a Training Coordinator, focusing on facilitation quality, team development, and delivering consistent, engaging training experience.
  • Guide the team through change, helping them adapt to evolving business needs and department priorities.
  • Build strong partnerships with HFC and cross-functional leaders to stay informed on current initiatives and ensure training remains relevant and timely.
  • Collaborate with other training leaders to align program direction, share best practices, and maintain consistency across learning experiences.
  • Take initiative and lead improvements, identifying opportunities to enhance training delivery, streamline processes, and prepare the team for future needs.
  • Work closely with the Manager to align department goals, contribute to strategic planning, and support the long-term vision for training at the HFC.
  • Oversee training coordination efforts, staying closely connected to scheduling, logistics, and resource planning and stepping in to support critical needs when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience successfully leading a team that provides training or support services.
  • Bachelors degree or professional certificate in Education, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong understanding of training delivery, employee development, and growth initiatives, with a focus on enhancing the overall employee experience.
  • Experience creating presentations, building training content, and contributing to program development.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence and leadership presence, with the ability to motivate, support, and guide a diverse team.
  • Comfortable navigating shifting priorities and able to pivot quickly to support competing needs.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
