HGV Class 1 Driver

We are recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for a range of roles across the Sittingbourne and Medway areas.

Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving experience required.

Available Work

• Ad hoc/part-time shifts
• Temp-to-perm opportunities
• Days, nights, weekdays and weekends

Pay

• £18.00 - £23.00 per hour (depending on assignment)
• Minimum 8 hours paid per shift

Roles include:

• RDC deliveries
• Builders merchant deliveries
• Trunking work
• Refrigerated transport

Typical shifts are 8-10 hours with start times between 04:00 and 07:00. Vehicles are pre-loaded, however drivers must complete all vehicle checks and paperwork before departure.

Requirements

• Valid UK Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
• No more than 6 penalty points
• Valid CPC and Digi Card
• Reliable with a positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
