HGV CLASS 2 DAY DRIVER

***HGV CLASS 2 DRIVERS WANTED***

Here at The Best Connection we are looking for HGV Class 2 drivers to work for our client based in Hedge End.
This role is a temp to perm working Monday to Friday with the potential to go full time with a contract.

Salary - £17.58 per hour

Location - Hedge End

Shift Patterns - Monday to Friday

Start Time - Between 05:30am to 06:00am


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

- Delivering to wholesale retail businesses around the south coast area

- Driving Class 2 rigid vehicle doing 6-7 drops assisted with electric pump trucks

- Working Monday to Friday starting between 05:30am/06:00am

- All vehicles are equipped with a sat-nav and routes are pre-planned by management

- All deliveries are ambient products, no chilled or frozen

- £17.58 per hour Monday to Friday

- Vehicle check before and after each shift

- Reporting any issues on the road to shift manager

- First week training with another driver


WHAT IS THE REQUIRED/BENEFITS:

- Full UK Cat C Licence

- Valid CPC and Digi Card

- 6 months to 1 year experience doing Class 2 commercial experience

- On-site parking

- Monday to Friday

- Full time temp to perm

- Training provided
