Qualifications to become a Care Partner:
*Being open to receive and give care
*Motivated to further your education
*Current CHHA license listed in good standing with the board
*2 forms of ID; your choices of: Passport, Social Security card, Work Visa, Driver's License and proof of Auto Insurance
*Updated (within past year) TB
*Pass employer paid criminal background and drug screening
