Cedar Creek, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for Caregivers to join our growing team!
Cedar Creek Senior Living is located not far from Highway 65 in East Bethel. Come enjoy the beautiful views from our building and meet our team mascot Cheetah! We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 70-unit apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: Part Time AM (7am-3pm) (7am-11am), Full Time/Part Time PM (3pm-11pm) (6pm-10pm), Part Time NOC (11pm-7am), Every other weekend included. HHA Wage: $17-$22/HR CNA Wage: $19-$24/HR Shift Differential: $1 PM, $2 Overnight

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:
CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Assist with medication administration.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
Strong interest in healthcare.
Positive, compassionate attitude.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
