About the Role: 
GRAYSONS ONE ON ONE CARE LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate HHA/CNA to join our care team in Detroit, MI. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients who depend on personalized, one-on-one support. Responsibilities: 

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Monitor and record vital signs, health changes, and patient progress
• Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean living environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and family members regarding client care

Requirements:
 

• Valid HHA (Home Health Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification in Michigan
• Prior experience in home health, personal care, or a long-term care setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor toward clients and families
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Valid ID and ability to pass a background check
