As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential personal care and companionship services that help seniors and adults with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Pay & Benefits
- Competitive pay: $15.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience, client needs, and care setting)

What You'll Do
As a Home Health Aide, you will:
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
- Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Provide medication reminders and support with daily routines
- Perform delegated care tasks as directed by the care plan
- Offer companionship and meaningful engagement activities
- Accompany or transport clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
- Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all agency policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional care and promoting client independence
- Previous caregiving experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates
