WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: We're hiring HHA, CNA, and experienced caregiversfor 1:1 home care throughout Milford, Framingham, and surrounding MetroWest and Worcester County communities.
HHA / CNA / Caregiver may provide:
Personal care
Bathing and dressing
Meal preparation and feeding
Assist with transfers, mobility and medication reminders
Other 1:1 caregiving support based on client needs
We welcome male and female caregiversand match caregivers based on client needs and preferences.
Bilingual caregivers are encouraged to apply, especially Portuguese-speaking caregivers. Spanish, Russian and Arabic speakers are also welcome.
WHAT WE OFFER:
$19–$20/hr base pay
Up to $22–$25/hr for premium shifts
Weekly pay by direct deposit& employee discounts

CURRENT SHIFT OPPORTUNITIES: We currently have morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend opportunities in the Milford/MetroWest area.
Morning shifts:8 AM–12 PM and 9 AM–1 PM
Afternoon shifts:1 PM–4 PM
Evening shifts:5 PM–10 PM
Overnight:7:30 PM– 6:30 AM
**Weekday and weekend shifts available
Current shift opportunities may be available in Milford, Framingham, Hopkinton, Franklin, Hopedale, Upton, Whitinsville, Holliston, Shrewsbury, Uxbridge, Bellingham, Holden, Worcester County, and nearby communities.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
6+ months HHA/caregiving experienceOR active MA CNA License
TB Test & Physicalwithin 1 year — can be completed during onboarding
Valid driver's license + insured car
CPR/BLSfrom American Heart Association or Red Cross — can be renewed during onboarding if expired
Current CPR/BLS and up-to-date medicals can help move your onboarding along faster.
