HHA/PCA - Per Diem Shifts

Alvita Care is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Aide (PCA) caregivers in Dix Hills/Melville and surrounding areas in Suffolk County! We're hiring compassionate, reliable professionals with facility and home care experience preferred.

DETAILS
Day and night shifts (6,8, and 12 hours available)
Weekdays and Weekend availability
Weekly pay every Friday via direct deposit, debit pay card, or paper check

QUALIFICATIONS:
Certified New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) required
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Reliable, professional, and patient-centered
Must be discrete and professional in all communications, written and verbal
Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain
Must successfully complete Alvita Care onboarding process to accept cases

COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Alvita Care is a Joint Commission-accredited home care agency with four branches and 500+ caregivers, offering personal care, dementia, hospice, and geriatric care management. All clients are private-pay (no Medicare/Medicaid). Completing onboarding is required to accept cases.
