Job Description:

Any travelernot currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply uponacceptance of offer. Candidate must have Hawaii License by start ofassignment.Proof of flu vaccination or facility approved application for medical or religious exception will be required prior to contract start date. Flu vaccination can be administered during employee health clearance appointment.Seeking Angiography professional with Cardiac Cath, Vascular and Interventional Radiology skill set. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.Siemens Artis Bi-Plane with Synco Inspace/DynaCT, AXIOM Sensis, Pyxis medication and supply stations, MEDITECH/Health Connect, Fuji radiology PACS, FUJI CV PACS, and Phillips patient monitors. Minimum 2 years of experience.Shift or schedule requirements. 40-hour work week, shift work and call.
