The Grants and Resource Development VISTA will build HP Homes' long-term capacity by strengthening internal grant research, resource development, and funding management systems. The VISTA will research funding opportunities, develop grant tracking tools, create proposal templates, organize past grant materials, and document procedures that help staff identify, evaluate, and pursue sustainable funding. The VISTA will also help develop a resource development handbook, maintain a calendar of grant deadlines, summarize potential funding opportunities, and recommend systems to improve grant readiness and reporting. This role is focused on capacity building and will support HP Homes' ability to expand safe, sustainable, and attainable housing opportunities for low- and very-low-income families. All grant submissions, funding requests, and external communications will be reviewed and approved by HP Homes staff.
