High-Bay Order Selector (Cherry Picker/Forklift)

Step into a day on our floor

You clock in, power up your RF scanner, and review the pick list. Moments later, you’re cruising down the aisle on a cherry picker or forklift, finding product locations, scanning inventory, and moving freight that helps us ship across North America. You sync with teammates, follow clear work instructions, and close the loop on each task so the next handoff is seamless.

What you’ll do

• Use an RF scanner to record and locate products throughout the building
• Operate powered industrial trucks safely (forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker) with coordinated, precise movements
• Collaborate with a supportive team and communicate progress
• Follow standardized work and quality procedures
• Own your tasks from start to finish and follow up as needed

Schedule options

• Sunday – Wednesday, Days: 6:00am–4:30pm
• Wednesday – Saturday, Days: 6:00am–4:30pm
• Monday – Thursday, Evenings: 5:00pm–3:30am

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in warehousing or manufacturing is a plus
• Background with forklifts or other heavy machinery is a plus
• Comfort using department technology (RF scanners, desktop computers, touchscreens)
• Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions to meet productivity and quality goals
• Reliable attendance; ability to work overtime when required

Physical demands

• Stand and walk significant distances during the shift
• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods
• Reach, pull, push, and lift items of various sizes and weights up to 50 lbs
