Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Estimating: Attend estimates on time, price opportunities within 48 hours, and maintain a 40%+ closing rate.
- Customer Experience: Educate clients on product value, return calls within 8 hours, and visit sold jobs to maintain relationships.
- Prospecting: Develop a lead generation plan, network regularly, and ask for referrals (10-20% of effort).
- Operations: Manage workflow via CRM, prioritize high-profit jobs, and ensure all bids receive a final "yes" or "no."
- Communication: Coordinate closely with owners, crew leaders, and field staff to ensure job scope, scheduling, and billing accuracy.
- Growth: Attain sales volume and gross profit goals, participate in meetings, and assist in implementing new systems.
