Schedule: Monday–Friday (+ additional hours as needed)
Pay: $28.00 – $32.00/hour (based on experience)

Southern Staircase (Edge Building Solutions) is hiring an experienced Handrail Installer to work on premium, custom projects. If you take pride in precision work and want consistent, year-round projects, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:
- Install custom luxury handrail systems (new builds & renovations)
- Work with wood, metal, glass, and cable systems
- Read plans, take measurements, and ensure code compliance
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
- Communicate with the Installation Manager on progress and needs
- Deliver high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of handrail installation experience (REQUIRED)
- Experience with over-the-post and curved rail systems (preferred)
- Strong trim carpentry and finish work skills
- Ability to read blueprints and layouts
- Solid math/geometry skills for precise installs
- Valid driver’s license + clean MVR
- Must be 21+ years old
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in job site conditions
- Willingness to travel (75%+)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail

- This is a hands-on, field-based installation role
