The High-end Project Manager will oversee high-end residential interior construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and field teams while driving project success in a fast-paced luxury construction environment.

Description
- Manage multiple luxury residential renovation projects concurrently.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and ownership teams.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and scope requirements.
- Lead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and project buyout.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve scheduling or construction challenges.
- Conduct regular site visits and work closely with Superintendents to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Manage client communications and provide consistent project updates.
- Review and approve subcontractor invoices, change orders, and project billings.
- Oversee project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and closeout procedures.
- Ensure all work is executed in accordance with project plans and client expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and industry partners.

Profile
A successful High-end Project Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a general contractor.
- Proven experience managing high-end residential interior renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of luxury residential construction methods, sequencing, and finishes.
- Experience working on penthouses, condos, co-ops, townhomes, or brownstones preferred.
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost management experience.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
