Description

  • Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel effectively.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Ensure all work aligns with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Address and resolve any challenges or delays that arise during construction.
  • Promote a culture of safety and collaboration among team members on-site.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Commutable to NH or located in NH
  • High End Residential experience
  • Proven experience managing construction projects within the property industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to work effectively with teams.
  • A solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Ability to manage budgets and project schedules efficiently.
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges during the construction process.
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of the job.
