Our teams—clinical and non-clinical—work collaboratively to support safe, innovative, and high-quality care.We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to join the department to collect and analyze data, tracks projects, creates reports, and works with many different teams to improve safety, consistency, and efficiency for the CSPS Department and High-Level Disinfection & Sterilization Program (HLDS).This position helps ensure that the instruments and equipment used in patient care are cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized correctly every time. Errors in sterile processing can contribute to infections, surgical delays, equipment damage, regulatory violations, and patient harm. The Compliance Specialist's work is aimed at preventing those outcomes.Compensation & Benefits:Qualifications
