• Negotiating contracts with confidence and strategy
• Staying ahead of market trends and local inventory
• Collaborating with lenders, title, and vendors for smooth closings
• Managing your pipeline through our CRM (Brivity)
• Leveraging proven marketing systems to attract and convert leads
• Continuously sharpening your skills through coaching and training

Qualifications

Who This Is For

• Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
• 12+ closed transactions in the last 12 months preferred
• Strong track record of managing multiple deals at once
• Growth-minded and open to coaching
• Team player who values collaboration over competition
• Ready to stop doing everything alone and start scaling
