Rod's Tire & Automotive is a busy, established independent repair shop serving 300+ vehicles per month, and we're looking for a strong Service Advisor who can take care of customers, communicate value, sell needed work, and help lead the pace of a busy shop.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who can connect with customers and confidently guide them through repairing and maintaining their vehicles.

You should be comfortable:

• Building relationships with customers
• Presenting technician recommendations
• Explaining repairs in a way customers understand
• Asking for the sale
• Handling objections without becoming pushy
• Following up on declined work
• Keeping customers informed
• Working with technicians and parts manager to keep vehicles moving
• Taking ownership of your results
• Helping create urgency and keep a busy shop flowing

Automotive service advisor experience is preferred, but we're willing to talk to proven sales professionals from other industries.

If you've been successful selling in home services, insurance, equipment, high-ticket retail, B2B, or another consultative sales environment, we'd still like to hear from you.

We can teach automotive.

We can't teach drive, attitude, or the desire to win.
