The VISTA Leader for the High Point University project will oversee professional development and the sustainability of the work.
By engaging with individual VISTA members and their community partners, the Leader will provide guidance and encouragement and ensure progress is being made toward goals.
Through interaction with the entire cohort of VISTA members, the Leader will develop the professional skills of the other VISTAs and ensure the whole program is working to alleviate poverty and build the capacity of the local community.
