Responsibilities - Safely and efficiently operate a stand-up forklift, reach truck, or order picker to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks, trailers, and shipping containers.
- Perform accurate put-away, replenishment, and order-picking tasks to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Utilize RF scanners or warehouse management software (WMS) to track inventory movements, ensuring 100% system accuracy.
- Transport materials between receiving, storage, and shipping staging areas.
- Manually load, unload, sort, and palletize products when heavy equipment is not required (must be comfortable with physical, hands-on labor).
- Hand-wrap pallets, label outbound shipments, and prepare orders for final dispatch.
- Assist inventory control teams with routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Act as a flexible team player, willingly stepping in to assist receiving, shipping, or general
