High-Reach Forklift and Order Picker Operator

Compensation: $18.00–$20.00 per hour | Pay Frequency: Weekly | Schedule: Full-Time, Multiple Shifts

A day in the role

Picture your shift: You clock in, run a quick safety check, then navigate the aisles with precision—elevating pallets on a reach truck, pulling orders from high bays with a cherry picker, and staging outbound freight with a sit-down forklift. You’ll keep product moving from the docks to storage and shipping lanes, all while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

What you'll operate

• Cherry Picker (Order Picker)
• Electric Pallet Jack
• Stand-Up Forklift
• Sit-Down Forklift
• Reach Truck

What you'll handle

• Move freight from receiving docks to designated warehouse locations
• Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely
• General material handling: lifting, carrying, and repositioning 20–50 lbs throughout the shift
• Housekeeping and adherence to safety practices

What you bring

• At least 1 year of stand-up forklift experience
• Forklift certification
• Familiarity with Crown equipment (RC and TSP) preferred
• Turret forklift experience is a plus
• Reliable, safety-minded, and detail-focused work approach
• Ability to consistently lift 20–50 lbs during the shift
