What You’ll Do
- Operate a reach truck to move, position, and stack materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload product from trailers and designated storage locations.
- Perform routine equipment inspections to confirm safe, reliable operation.
- Keep inventory counts current and support periodic stock audits.
- Coordinate with teammates to achieve daily throughput targets.
- Adhere to safety procedures and site protocols at all times.
- Escalate any equipment issues or safety hazards to leadership immediately.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Hands-on experience with reach trucks or comparable material handling equipment.
- Forklift operator certification preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard work.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced setting with firm deadlines.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Physical stamina, including the ability to lift heavy items when required.
