Job Description
High Reach Forklift Operator
Schedule: 6am - 6:30pm - Fri-Sunday
Join our dynamic warehouse team as a High Reach Forklift Operator and play a vital role in maintaining efficient and safe operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. If you thrive in a physically active setting, take pride in precision, and have experience operating reach trucks at heights, this opportunity is perfect for you! Your expertise will help keep inventory moving smoothly, support order fulfillment, and contribute to the overall success of our warehouse operations.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience operating reach trucks is essential (no exceptions)
- Ability to work at elevated heights safely
- Familiarity with RF scanners for order pickings and inventory tracking
- Capacity to lift regularly up to 50 pounds
- Strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and productivity
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience using RF scanners is preferred
- Additional warehouse or material handling experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Prior reach truck certification and successful completion of onsite equipment evaluation
- Proven track record of reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Other Requirements:
- Must successfully complete forklift training at our facility
- Ability to work Weekends, Fri-Sat and Sunday
- Reliable charging and maintenance of forklift batteries during breaks
